Trust and support prerequisites for success
The Trust Zone comprises team building and development activities that have been inspired by our low ropes course. At BlueSky, we pride ourselves on always being open to suggestions from our clients, so in response to demand, the Trust Zone activities have been designed to be mobile, allowing us to deliver the same high quality of team building at locations that suit you.
Incorporating activities such as Spider’s Web, Trust Lean, Postman’s Walk and Blocked, the Trust Zone will create a culture of trust and support as members of your team learn to encourage and motivate each other while working to complete the tasks.
The Trust Zone primarily focuses on trust and support. However, the activities are also designed to draw out the communication skills of individual team members, and to encourage collaboration as they strive to complete activities. This transformative experience will inspire all participants and highlight to them the importance of working as a team.
