ILM Assured Programme
The Creating and Leading High Peforming Teams programme is particularly well suited to organisations which are operating across multiple sites and locations. It provides participants with the theory that is behind the BlueSky Experiences High Performing Team Formula. Over the course of 3 days, participants will learn the necessary knowledge to apply it within their own organisation.
Learning Outcomes
Day One:
- Decscribe the 6 components of the High Performing Team Formula
- Describe your own individual behavioural preferences
- Discuss what impact these may have on others around you
- Identify ways in which your preferences may be evident in your communcation with others
- Explain how you may adapt your approach to build relationships and effectively communicate
Day Two:
- Analyse the complexities of leading a high performing team in your current working environment
- Identify common factors which may support or inhibit the success of the identified components of a high performing team
- Identify future challenges in the work environment which may impact your team’s performance
- Analyse the components of ‘Clarity’ and ‘Connected’ and the role they play in a high performing team
Day Three:
- Explore the role of the leader in the High Performing Team Formula
- Reflect on the current culture within your team or organisation and identify how you would seek to evolve it to enable higher performance
- Create values for your team or organisation, aligned to the High Performing Team model
- Explain how each component contributes towards the creation and continuation of a high performing team
- Analyse your current team performance in relation to the model and identify areas for potential improvements in performance
Assessment:
To round out the Creating and Leading High Performing Teams programme, the team will create an action plan for implementation of the BlueSky Experiences High Performing Team Formula.
