Introduction to our ILM/City and Guilds Assured Leadership programme

Assessments
Assessments have been incorporated into the BlueSky Experiences Leadership Programme to help you learn and to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding, specifically to:
- Provide a vehicle for assessing your performance during each workshop.
- Assist you in understanding the content and embed your learning from each workshop.
- Support you when you attempt to use the content, tools and ideas from each workshop, so that you can independently learn and apply them more thoroughly.
Tutor Support:
- Provide clarity of the Assessment requirements, timeline and submission process
- Provide support in preparing to complete Assessments
- Provide information on how to access additional Assessment guidance support
Tutor/Assessor:
- Provide full and constructive feedback on Assessment submission/resubmissions
