Team Energy now sits within our expanded Performance Pathway offer. This pathway integrates the experience directly into our High Performing Team Model, allowing learning to be measured, targeted and sustained.
Using the High Performing Team Survey data, we identify where a team is currently strong and where performance is being constrained. Team Energy is then used as a live intervention to challenge those areas in real time. Post-event analysis links decisions and behaviours back to the model, creating clear lines between action, impact and improvement.
