In today’s climate of global disruption, home working and self-isolation, it’s more important than ever to make sure teams are connected. The transition to working fully remotely can be difficult for teams as they adjust to their new methods of communicating, sharing and collaborating, but our Working in a Virtual Team session will jumpstart your virtual teams and help them respond to today’s very real challenges.

The Working in a Virtual Team session is designed to help team members explore team communication and preferences so they can develop better working relationships and understand more about their collective strengths and focus areas. Building on the Insights Discovery system for understanding self and others, they’ll learn how their individual personal preferences affect the team dynamics and explore their overall effectiveness as a team. This helps your teams be as effective as possible in their virtual environment so they can support your business during this time of change.

Learning Outcomes

The two-hour session is supported by a pre-session e-module and a digital personal profile that your learners can use to achieve the learning objectives. At the end of the session learners will be able to:

  • Understand the importance of personal preference to help them work effectively in their virtual environment

  • Build stronger individual and team relationships without the need for face-to-face contact
