Resilience is the ability to work in times of adversity, uncertainty and change, emerging better off from these times, it falls under management responsibility to devise a plan that will help develop and support their teams effectively, whilst minimising stress. Building personal resilience in members of your team has been shown to have positive results in team morale and has a knock on positive effect on business goals and the overall workplace environment as a result.

OUTCOMES

The BlueSky Experiences Personal Wellbeing course has been designed for anyone who would benefit from building up the resilience of themselves or if a manager, help build up the resilience of their staff.
