Facilitation Skills

Take a step back…

Do you ever find you want to help a colleague with a task or challenge and are not sure of the best approach? Sometimes it can be hard to actually define what problems can be creating barriers or challenges, before even considering what the solutions can be. Sometimes all it needs is taking a step back, taking an objective approach and supporting others on their journey to delivering results.

Having the ability to take a step back and be impartial is great. Yet as a leader you also need to be there to help build a strong framework of tools and techniques that can see the team come to collaborative result; whether it be an issue with an event or staff members the ability to facilitate will make everything run smoother.

Let’s just break it down and make it easy…

We can help you become the facilitator you need to be in your workplace. Gaining the balance of impartiality, but having the knowledge and skillset to help facilitate results within your team and work environment.

Our aim is to help you develop a range of Facilitation skills for practical use in your workplace. From ice-breakers to decision making, our BlueSky Experiences Facilitation Skills workshop makes the apparently complex easy.

At the end of this course you will be able to:

  • Define the term “facilitation”
