In this full day workshop we measure your team’s performance of how well they’re performing against the following criteria that characterise highly effective teams.

  8. They have fun!

The result will be tangible evidence from everyone’s perspective on how we’re doing and what needs to be done – a benchmark against which current perfromance and progress on closing gaps can be measured.

OUTCOMES

By attending this staged programme and completing the Team Performance Indicator, the team will have collectively understood where their performance can quickly be improved and agreed on actions to move things forward. High level plans will have been drafted, priorities identified and responsibilities allocated.
