Leadership Effectiveness with Insights Discovery is a custom programme for managers which allows participants to build their skills using Insights Discovery’s personality profiling tool and language. There is a good reason we offer people this help: it’s because we want them to become the best managers they can possibly be.

 

Leading is NOT easy. Indeed being an effective leader requires a significant amount of skill, patience and confidence. As one highly effective leader, President John F. Kennedy, once said, “Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other.”

 

Leaders have a tough job; they need to inspire, develop, engage and guide the people they lead through challenging times.

After completing a Leadership Effectiveness with Insights Discovery course, your managers will be eager to take the new skills they’ve acquired back to the workplace and apply them.

Importantly, the aim of this transformative course is to make leaders more active in their roles and to help them become more engaging and inspiring managers. The course is designed to enable managers, through studying skills and behaviours, to understand more about their own leadership style.

It’s tricky to hold a mirror up to your professional self; however, recognising what makes you tick is key to personal development. BlueSky also offers coaching support after the event, to help leaders apply what they’ve learned.
